I'm not really sure how to start off... Here goes. Because of medical reasons, I am starting my new vegan life. I'm not happy about it, to say the least. Being from south Louisiana, I am used to eating whatever I want, and lots of it. I am also a chef, so the fact that I am now limited in what I can cook and eat is pretty depressing. Not to mention, I have tried to google "vegan recipes", "cooking for IBS and other stomach issues", "how to make vegan food taste good" and on and on and on...
I did come up with a few websites, but nothing extremely impressive. So, I borrowed a book from work "1000 Vegan Recipes." This should have at least a couple, right?
Hopefully someone can help me out with tips, recipes, how to deal, etc. I'm guessing my biggest problem will be the dairy part since I am a huge milk, cheese, and dairy lover.
Anyway, here goes..
